With a foundation in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, I spent years mastering the physical world of Lean, TPM, and 5S. But I realized that the best operational strategies are only as good as the tools used to track them. So, I started building.
The 'Aha!' Moment: Why I Started Building?
I remember standing on the shop floor, looking at a stack of paper checklists and a complex Excel sheet that only one person knew how to update. We had the best Lean strategies in the world, but the 'data' was trapped in cabinets or broken formulas.
